- Support is provided through our ticket system during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM Hong Kong time).

- We do not offer support for email services, DNS management, or domain registration as these services are not included in our hosting plans.
- Customers are encouraged to use external services such as Cloudflare for DNS and domain registration.
- Assistance with content creation, editing, or management of your website's content.
- Backup management and data recovery beyond using the included backup tools included within the hosting environment.
- Custom website design, CSS, HTML, or JavaScript troubleshooting.
