This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of web hosting services provided by Light Weight Hosting (Formally Draco Computing Ltd) (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). By using our web hosting services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your hosting account.

• 1. Prohibited Content

  You may not use our hosting services to publish, distribute, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or adult in nature, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

• 2. Copyright Violations

  You may not use our hosting services to host or distribute copyrighted materials without the permission of the copyright owner. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe on copyright laws.

• 3. Spam and Unsolicited Emails

  Sending unsolicited emails, bulk emails, or any form of spam is strictly prohibited. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding email marketing and must not use our services for any form of email abuse.

• 4. Security Violations

  You may not engage in any activity that compromises the security of our network, servers, or other customers’ accounts. This includes but is not limited to, hacking, distributing malware, or any form of unauthorized access to other systems.

• 5. Resource Abuse

  Excessive use of server resources that disrupts the performance of our hosting environment is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth.

  You may not use our hosting services to engage in phishing activities or any form of fraudulent activity. This includes attempts to deceive users into disclosing personal or financial information.

• 7. Child Exploitation

  We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or activities that involve child exploitation or endangerment. We will report any such activities to the appropriate authorities.

• 8. Network and Server Integrity

  You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures, disrupt the integrity of our network, or interfere with the proper functioning of our servers and systems.

• 9. Backups and Data Retention

  It is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data, and we do not guarantee the availability of backup services.

• 10. Compliance with Laws

  You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our hosting services.

• 11. Reporting Violations

  If you become aware of any violations of this AUP by other users, please report them to abuse@lightweighthosting.com.

• 12. Enforcement

  We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of your hosting account, in response to violations of this AUP.

• 13. Revision of Policy

  We may revise this AUP from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our hosting services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
